Inspired by the roots of Cajun funk, Second line and Chicago blues, Nothin' To Say is a production of blood, sweat and good times over three years.
Featuring some of the best players Manchester has to offer for our unique groove, we bring you piano musings with a backbone powerhouse rhythm section and a hit of hot sauce that punches you with the horns.
The horns? well that'll be The Brass Monkeys, THE leading section of brass this side of Louisiana! and to complement their bite, the female vocals of Tosin & Rachael Jones deliver sweet like molasses harmonies. Along the way we picked up a few other special guests and they helped us make it a bit more awesome.
'Dr. Tid & The Triple Eights started life back in 2009; a few hundred gigs, festivals, radio slots, our first album, an EP, and a change of lineup later, we present this album. Its not been an easy road, but it's one that I hope you find just as thrilling in the music.'
